As you approach South Goa, consider stopping at Colva Beach to relax and enjoy the serene coastal scenery. Afterward, head to Panjim City, the capital of Goa. Explore the vibrant streets lined with colourful Portuguese colonial buildings, quaint cafes, and bustling markets. Don't miss landmarks like the iconic Panjim Church and the historic Fontana’s neighbourhood. Next, make your way to the Shri Manguesh Temple, one of the most revered Hindu temples in Goa. Located in Priol village, this temple is dedicated to Lord Manguesh, an incarnation of Lord Shiva. Admire the temple's stunning architecture and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Conclude your day with a visit to the Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for housing the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier, a prominent Jesuit missionary. Trek to Dudhsagar Falls from Castle Rock or Kulem railway stations. Enjoy the scenic trek through lush forests and alongside railway tracks. Spend the afternoon at Dudhsagar Falls, taking in the breathtaking views and maybe even taking a refreshing dip in the natural pools.

Transportation
Vehicle service timings are from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM unless otherwise mentioned.
Night travel may be restricted during winters due to weather and safety concerns.
AC will not operate in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
The vehicle will be available strictly as per the scheduled itinerary and not on disposal basis.
Hotel & Check-In Policy
Standard hotel check-in/check-out timings will apply.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
Any security deposit charged by the hotel must be borne by the guest and will be refunded by the hotel at checkout as per their policy.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and hygiene during the tour.
Littering inside the vehicle or at tourist destinations is discouraged.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Driver & Conduct Policy
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards drivers, guides, hotel staff, and fellow travellers.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or threatened.
Payments & Pricing
Full payment must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.
Package rates are subject to revision in case of changes in government taxes, fuel prices, or supplier costs.
A surcharge of up to 10% or more may apply during Christmas, New Year, long weekends, and special event periods.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the booking or use of services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Amendments & Rescheduling
Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travellers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
