Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet and greet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you and assist with your onward transfer.
Proceed by private vehicle to your hotel. Upon arrival, complete the hotel formalities and relax in the lobby while waiting for the standard check-in time at 14:00 hrs.
Once your room is available, check in and settle in comfortably. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace.

After breakfast, embark on a captivating journey through Icherisheher (Old City), the historic heart of Baku and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through its ancient, cobbled streets and discover some of Azerbaijan's most treasured landmarks, including the iconic Maiden Tower, the magnificent Palace of the Shirvanshah, historic Juma Mosque, traditional Caravanserais, and the fascinating Museum of Miniature Books.
After free time for lunch at a local restaurant, continue your exploration with visits to some of Baku's most popular attractions. Discover the rich artistic heritage of the country at the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, home to an impressive collection of traditional Azerbaijani carpets and textiles. Proceed to Little Venice, where you can enjoy a charming canal boat ride, followed by the Baku Ferris Wheel, offering stunning panoramic views of the city skyline and the Caspian Sea.
Later, stroll along the bustling Nizami Street, famous for its elegant architecture, shopping outlets, cafés, and vibrant atmosphere. Conclude the day at Fountains Square, one of Baku's most lively public spaces and a favorite gathering spot for locals and visitors alike.
Return to the hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, proceed on an exciting excursion to the Absheron Peninsula, a region famous for its ancient fire-worshipping heritage and unique natural wonders.
Begin the tour with a visit to Yanardag (Fire Mountain), one of Azerbaijan's most remarkable natural attractions, where flames have been burning continuously on the hillside for centuries due to underground natural gas deposits. Continue to the historic Ateshgah Fire Temple, an ancient place of worship that served as a sacred site for Zoroastrian pilgrims and traders traveling along the Silk Road.
After free time for lunch at a local restaurant, continue to one of Baku's most iconic modern landmarks, the world-renowned Heydar Aliyev Center. Designed by acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid, the center is celebrated for its futuristic architecture and fluid design. Enjoy a photo stop and admire one of Azerbaijan's most recognizable architectural masterpieces.
Return to the hotel in the evening.

Featuring a unique combination of modern Western design and traditional Eastern architectural influences, the multi-level shopping complex provides an enjoyable shopping experience for visitors of all ages. Guests will have ample free time to browse the stores, shop for fashion items, souvenirs, cosmetics, and local products, or simply relax at one of the many cafés overlooking the boulevard.
After completing the shopping tour, return to the hotel for relaxation and leisure.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
