Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet and greet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you to Bali and assist with your onward transfer.
Proceed by private vehicle to Kuta. Upon arrival, complete the accommodation formalities and relax while waiting for the standard check-in time.
Once your room is available, check in and settle in comfortably. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day private Benoa Water Sports tour at Tanjung Benoa, one of Bali's most popular destinations for exciting aquatic activities.
Tanjung Benoa Beach, located on the Benoa Peninsula near Nusa Dua, is well known for its beautiful coastline and wide range of water sports and adventure activities.
Enjoy the included Banana Boat Ride, offering an exciting experience along the coastline.
You may also explore other water sports activities such as parasailing and other aquatic adventures at an additional cost, subject to availability. Please check with the local representative for information regarding available activities and applicable charges.
After completing the water sports experience, return to your accommodation and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Kintamani Volcano and Ubud Village tour, offering a combination of Bali's natural beauty, traditional arts and local culture.
Begin with a visit to Tohpati Village, renowned for traditional Balinese Batik weaving. Continue to Celuk Village, famous for its high-quality gold and silver handicrafts and skilled local artisans.
Proceed to Mas Village, one of the prominent artistic villages surrounding Ubud and particularly known for its traditional Balinese woodcarvings.
Continue towards Kintamani, where you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the designated viewpoint.
Please note that the tour includes Mount Batur viewing from the viewpoint only and does not include trekking or climbing.
Later, visit a renowned local coffee plantation, where you can learn about Indonesian coffee production and taste different varieties of locally produced coffee.
After completing the sightseeing, return to your accommodation and relax.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Tanah Lot and Uluwatu Sunset tour, covering two of Bali's most iconic temples and scenic coastal attractions.
Begin with a visit to Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali's most famous and photographed landmarks. Located dramatically on a rock formation overlooking the Indian Ocean, the temple offers spectacular coastal views and is an important part of Bali's cultural heritage.
Spend some time exploring the temple surroundings and enjoying the beautiful ocean scenery.
Later, proceed towards the southern tip of Bali for the Uluwatu Sunset Tour.
Visit Uluwatu Temple, also known as Pura Luhur Uluwatu, which is dramatically positioned on a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and surrounding coastline.
Later, experience the beautiful Bali sunset from the Uluwatu cliff area, creating a memorable end to the day's sightseeing.
After completing the tour, return to your accommodation and relax.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your transfer from Kuta to Seminyak.
Upon arrival in Seminyak, complete the check-in formalities and settle in comfortably.
The remainder of the day is free at leisure. Explore the vibrant surroundings of Seminyak, known for its cafés, restaurants, boutiques and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Alternatively, spend the day relaxing at your accommodation.

After an early breakfast, proceed for a full-day Nusa Penida West Island tour.
The journey begins with a transfer to the port, followed by a shared public fast boat to Nusa Penida. The island is known for its natural beauty, dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear waters and spectacular viewpoints.
Upon arrival, proceed for the West Island sightseeing tour covering some of the island's most iconic attractions.
Kelingking Beach
Visit the famous Kelingking Beach viewpoint, renowned for its spectacular cliff formations and breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline.
Angel's Billabong
Continue to Angel's Billabong, a natural infinity pool surrounded by dramatic rock formations and beautiful coastal scenery.
Broken Beach
Visit Broken Beach, a unique natural rock formation featuring a large arch over the sea and a circular lagoon.
Crystal Bay
Continue to Crystal Bay, known for its clear waters and scenic surroundings. Please note that Crystal Bay will not be covered if snorkeling activity is undertaken during the tour.
Lunch is included during the excursion.
After completing the sightseeing, return to the port and board the shared fast boat back to Bali. Proceed to your accommodation and relax.
Important Nusa Penida Notes:
- Fast boat transfers are operated on a shared public basis and are primarily for transportation.
- In case the scheduled fast boat is missed due to late arrival, an alternative fast boat may be arranged at additional charges, subject to the best available rates.
- Nusa Penida is a relatively rustic island with basic infrastructure and transportation facilities.
- Road conditions and island transfers may be rough in certain areas.
- Guests are requested to strictly follow the timings provided by the local team, as all sightseeing points need to be covered within the scheduled time.
- Any sightseeing point missed due to delays or failure to adhere to the schedule cannot be replaced or refunded.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
- Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.
Cancellation Charges

Airline & Hotel Cancellations
Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
- All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
- Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
