Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet and greet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you to Bali and assist with your onward transfer.
Proceed by private vehicle to Kuta. Upon arrival, complete the accommodation formalities and relax while waiting for the standard check-in time.
Once your room is available, check in and settle in comfortably. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Kintamani Volcano and Ubud Village tour, offering an excellent combination of Bali's natural beauty, traditional arts and local culture.
Begin the tour with a visit to Tohpati Village, widely known for its traditional Balinese Batik weaving. Here, you can observe local artisans and learn about the traditional techniques used to create beautiful Batik designs.
Continue to Celuk Village, famous for its high-quality gold and silver handicrafts. The village is renowned for its skilled artisans and traditional jewellery-making techniques.
Proceed to Mas Village, one of the prominent artistic villages surrounding Ubud. The village is particularly famous for its traditional Balinese woodcarvings and artistic craftsmanship.
Continue towards Kintamani, where you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the designated viewpoint.
Please note that the tour includes Mount Batur viewing from the viewpoint only and does not include trekking or climbing.
Later, visit one of the famous local coffee plantations, where you can learn about Indonesian coffee production and experience the opportunity to see and taste different varieties of locally produced coffee.
After completing the sightseeing, return to Ubud and relax.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your transfer from Ubud to Nusa Dua.

The day is intentionally kept free so you can enjoy a relaxed and comfortable Bali experience without a hectic sightseeing schedule.

After breakfast, enjoy your final morning in Bali at leisure. You may relax at the accommodation, explore the nearby surroundings, shop for souvenirs or enjoy some free time before your departure.
Later, check out from the accommodation and proceed for your transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport as per your flight schedule.
As your Bali journey comes to an end, bid farewell to the beautiful island and take along cherished memories of its stunning landscapes, cultural heritage, traditional villages, magnificent temples and unforgettable experiences.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
- Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Pricing & Inclusions

Late Payments
Failure to make payments within the prescribed timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.
Cancellation Charges
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost

- Visa fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Service and processing charges
Airline & Hotel Cancellations
Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
- All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
- Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
