Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet and greet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you to Bali and assist with your onward transfer.
Proceed by private vehicle to Kuta. Upon arrival, complete the accommodation formalities and relax while waiting for the standard check-in time.
Once your room is available, check in and settle in comfortably. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Kintamani Volcano and Ubud Village tour, offering a wonderful combination of Bali's natural landscapes, traditional arts and local culture.
Begin your journey with a visit to Tohpati Village, renowned for its traditional Balinese Batik weaving. Continue to Celuk Village, famous for its skilled artisans and high-quality gold and silver handicrafts.
Proceed towards Mas Village, one of the well-known artistic villages surrounding Ubud. The village is particularly famous for its traditional Balinese woodcarvings and local craftsmanship.
Continue towards Kintamani, where you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the designated viewpoint. Please note that the tour includes Mount Batur viewing only and does not include trekking or climbing.
Later, visit a local coffee plantation, where you can learn about Indonesian coffee production and experience the opportunity to taste different varieties of locally produced coffee.
After completing the sightseeing, return to your accommodation and relax.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your onward journey from Kuta to Gili.
The transfer will be arranged on SIC basis. Proceed towards the port for your onward boat journey to Gili. Upon arrival, continue to your accommodation and complete the check-in formalities.
The remainder of the day is free at leisure. You may relax by the beach, explore the beautiful surroundings, enjoy the local atmosphere or simply unwind after the journey.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your return journey from Gili to Nusa Dua.
The transfer will be arranged on SIC basis. Proceed towards the port for your onward journey back to Bali. Upon arrival, continue to your accommodation and complete the check-in formalities.
The rest of the day is free for leisure. You may relax at the accommodation, enjoy the resort facilities, explore the surrounding area or spend some peaceful time at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Tanah Lot and Uluwatu Sunset tour, covering two of Bali's most iconic temples and scenic coastal destinations.
Begin your sightseeing with a visit to Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali's most famous cultural landmarks. Located dramatically on a rock formation surrounded by the sea, the temple offers beautiful views of the Indian Ocean and is renowned for its picturesque coastal setting.
Spend some time exploring the temple surroundings and appreciating the traditional Balinese architecture and natural scenery.
Later, continue towards the southern tip of Bali for your Uluwatu Sunset Tour.
Visit Uluwatu Temple, spectacularly positioned on a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above the ocean. The temple is regarded as one of Bali's important spiritual landmarks and provides magnificent panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
Later, enjoy the beautiful sunset from the Uluwatu cliff area, where the dramatic coastline and ocean create a memorable backdrop.
After completing the sightseeing, return to your accommodation.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
- Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support team.
Cancellation Charges

Airline & Hotel Cancellations
Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
- All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
- Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
