Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet and greet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you to Bali and assist with your onward transfer.
Proceed by private vehicle to Kuta. Upon arrival, complete the accommodation formalities and relax while waiting for the standard check-in time.
Once your room is available, check in and settle in comfortably. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day private Benoa Water Sports experience at Tanjung Benoa, one of Bali's most popular destinations for exciting water-based activities.
Tanjung Benoa Beach is located on the Benoa Peninsula, near Nusa Dua, and is well known for its wide range of aquatic adventures. The area offers a lively combination of beautiful coastal scenery, thrilling water activities, restaurants and beachside facilities.
Enjoy the included Banana Boat Ride, offering an exciting experience along the coastline.
You may also explore other water sports activities available at the beach at your own expense. Please check with the local representative regarding the availability, operating conditions and applicable charges for additional activities.
After completing the water sports experience, return to your accommodation and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your onward journey from Kuta to Gili.
The transfer will be arranged on SIC basis. Proceed towards the port for your onward journey to Gili. Upon arrival, continue towards your accommodation and complete the check-in formalities.
The remainder of the day is free at leisure. Relax by the beach, explore the island surroundings, enjoy the local atmosphere or simply unwind after your journey.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed for your onward journey from Gili to Seminyak.
The transfer will be arranged on SIC basis. Proceed towards the port for your return journey to Bali and continue towards Seminyak upon arrival.

You may explore the vibrant surroundings of Seminyak, enjoy local cafés and restaurants, visit nearby shops and boutiques, or simply relax and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day private Kintamani Volcano and Ubud Village tour, offering an opportunity to experience Bali's natural beauty, traditional arts and local culture.
Begin the tour with a visit to Tohpati Village, widely known for its traditional Balinese Batik weaving. Here, you can witness the craftsmanship and techniques used by local artisans to create traditional Batik designs.
Continue to Celuk Village, famous for its high-quality gold and silver handicrafts. The village is renowned for its skilled artisans and traditional jewellery-making techniques.
Proceed to Mas Village, one of the important artistic villages surrounding Ubud. The village is particularly famous for its traditional Balinese woodcarvings and artistic craftsmanship.
Continue towards Kintamani, where you will enjoy spectacular views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the designated viewpoint. The tour includes Mount Batur Volcano viewing from the viewpoint only; trekking or climbing is not included.
Later, visit one of the well-known local coffee plantations in the area. Learn about Indonesian coffee production and enjoy the opportunity to see and taste different varieties of locally produced coffee.
After completing the day's sightseeing, return to Seminyak and relax.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
- 75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
- No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
- Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

Airline & Hotel Cancellations
Airline, hotel, cruise, and other supplier-specific cancellation policies shall apply in addition to the cancellation and service charges levied by White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
- All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
- Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
