Upon arrival in Hanoi, guests will be warmly welcomed by our local guide and transferred for a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Vietnam's charming capital city. The journey begins with a visit to the historic Ba Dinh Square, home to the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, followed by Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House and the distinctive One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university and a symbol of the country's rich educational heritage.
The tour proceeds to the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake, where guests can admire The Huc Bridge and visit the renowned Ngoc Son Temple. Later, enjoy leisure time exploring Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter, famous for its 36 ancient streets, as well as Dong Xuan Market (subject to operating hours). Afterwards, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. The remainder of the evening is free to explore Hanoi at your own pace and experience its lively nightlife.

After breakfast, depart for Ninh Binh, often referred to as "Halong Bay on Land" due to its spectacular limestone landscapes. Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Early Le Dynasties. Explore the historic Dinh and Le Temples, dedicated to the founders of the 10th-century Vietnamese kingdom.
Enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch at a premium local restaurant before continuing to the UNESCO-listed Trang An Landscape Complex. This breathtaking natural and cultural heritage site features dramatic limestone karsts, tranquil waterways, hidden valleys, and fascinating cave systems. Embark on a traditional sampan boat ride through the scenic waterways, visiting Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou Cave while immersing yourself in the area's natural beauty.
In the late afternoon, return to Hanoi and transfer back to the hotel for leisure and relaxation.

Following breakfast, depart for the world-famous Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands rising dramatically from the sea. Travel through the scenic Red River Delta, passing lush rice fields and traditional Vietnamese villages.
Upon arrival at Halong Bay, board the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink while checking in. Cruise through the stunning seascape, passing notable limestone formations such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, and Sail Island. The itinerary includes a visit to the spectacular Sung Sot Cave and leisure time at Tiptop Beach, where guests may swim or simply relax amidst breathtaking scenery.
As evening approaches, enjoy a memorable sunset over the bay followed by dinner onboard. Guests may also participate in optional evening activities such as squid fishing before retiring for the night in the comfort of the cruise.

Begin the day with a peaceful morning amidst the tranquil beauty of Halong Bay. Enjoy breakfast while cruising through additional scenic areas, including Bai Tu Long Bay and unique limestone formations such as the Human Head Island and the famous "Little Dragon Bowing to His Mother."
After brunch onboard, disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, proceed to Hanoi Airport for your domestic flight to Da Nang. We recommend booking flights departing after 18:00 hrs to ensure a comfortable connection.
Upon arrival in Da Nang, meet your driver at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The evening is free for relaxation or independent exploration.

7:30 – 7:45 After breakfast, depart for the renowned Ba Na Hills, one of Vietnam's most popular mountain resorts. Experience one of the world's most impressive cable car journeys, recognized by multiple Guinness World Records for its engineering achievements and stunning mountain vistas.
Upon reaching the summit, enjoy the attractions of Fantasy Park, an indoor entertainment complex suitable for all age groups. Savor an Indian buffet lunch before visiting the world-famous Golden Bridge, an architectural masterpiece gracefully supported by giant stone hands overlooking the Truong Son Mountains and surrounding forests.
Later in the afternoon, descend via cable car and return to Da Nang.

Continue to the enchanting UNESCO-listed Hoi An Ancient Town. Enjoy authentic local specialties before embarking on a memorable boat ride along the Hoai River. Stroll through the bustling night market before returning to Da Nang.

Holiday Booking – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
Booking Confirmation
A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
