Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi, where you will complete immigration and customs formalities. After collecting your baggage, meet our local representative in the arrival hall, who will warmly welcome you to Vietnam and assist with your onward transfer.
Begin your discovery of Hanoi, Vietnam's charming capital, with a guided sightseeing tour covering some of the city's most iconic cultural and historical landmarks. Visit the historic Ba Dinh Square, followed by the renowned Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, and the unique One Pillar Pagoda, offering fascinating insights into the life of President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's rich heritage.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university and one of the country's most treasured historical and architectural landmarks. The journey then proceeds to the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can admire the elegant The Huc Bridge and visit the revered Ngoc Son Temple, beautifully situated on a small island in the heart of the lake.
Later, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Hanoi Old Quarter, renowned for its 36 ancient streets, colonial architecture, local boutiques, and bustling markets. Enjoy time to explore the area and visit Dong Xuan Market, Hanoi's largest indoor market, offering a diverse range of local products, handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional specialties (subject to operating hours).

After breakfast, depart from Hanoi for a scenic journey to Ninh Binh, often referred to as the "Ha Long Bay on Land" due to its spectacular limestone karst landscapes, scenic waterways, and picturesque countryside. Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Early Le Dynasties. Explore the historic Dinh and Le Temples, dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the founders of Vietnam's first centralized feudal kingdom in the 10th century.
Following the sightseeing tour, enjoy a delightful buffet lunch at a premium local restaurant set amidst beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, continue to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Trang An Landscape Complex, renowned for its striking limestone mountains, serene valleys, winding waterways, and fascinating cave systems. Embark on a traditional sampan boat ride through this breathtaking natural wonder, gliding along peaceful streams and passing through notable caves including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou Cave while admiring the area's stunning scenery.

En route, enjoy views of the picturesque Red River Delta, dotted with lush rice fields, traditional villages, and grazing water buffaloes.
Upon arrival, embark on a memorable 6-hour cruise through the breathtaking seascape of Ha Long Bay. Cruise past iconic limestone formations, including Heaven's Gate, Stone Dog Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, Ba Hang Islet, and Ga Choi Islet, with opportunities to capture stunning photographs of these natural wonders. Enjoy a delicious Indian set-menu lunch served onboard while taking in panoramic views of the bay.

A minimum booking deposit, as communicated at the time of reservation, is required to confirm your holiday package.
Payment Schedule
The following payment terms shall apply unless otherwise specified:
75 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
59 to 46 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost
45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
No-show: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Non-refundable bookings: 100% of the package cost will be retained
Full payment must be received within the stipulated timelines before departure to ensure confirmation of all travel services.

3. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only for refundable components of the booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from receipt of confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Service Charges
Applicable service, processing, banking, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any request for changes, amendments, or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
All modifications are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable amendment charges.
Name corrections or changes are governed by airline and hotel policies and may not be permitted after booking confirmation.
5. International Holiday Packages
Passport & Visa Requirements
Travelers must hold a passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance may be provided where applicable; however, visa issuance and approval remain solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travelers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
Health & Safety Requirements
Travelers are responsible for complying with all health, vaccination, entry, and travel regulations applicable to their destination country.
6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or refunds, if any, shall be governed by the policies and decisions of the respective suppliers.

Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies, and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, deficiencies, or service failures of such providers.
